For commercial or residential property owners, please
remember to take all reasonable steps to mitigate your loss.
Your policy requires you to take all possible actions to protect
your property and prevent further loss. If work needs to be done
immediately you can contact your insurance carrier through one of
the 24-hour claims insurance numbers above. If you choose to have
work done on your own we suggest you use a contractor who specializes
in fire and water restoration. The insurance company will reimburse
you for expenses you incur subject to the deductible and coverage
being afforded under the policy.

Accidents
It is recommended that
you report serious accidents to the Collision Reporting Centre with
these documents in hand (your driver's license, ownership and insurance)
and provide the following:
- Name and address of drivers
- Driver's license number
- Vehicle Plate Number
- Insurance Company and policy number
- Name and address of owner of vehicles

In the case of a hit and run accident,
you must report the incident to the police within 24 hours.
All claims should be reported directly to Lackner McLennan Insurance,
and the Collision Reporting Centre nearest you.
